I think I have a case, where do I begin?

What are your normal hours?
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Closed 12 to 1 for lunch.

Is it possible to schedule a time for a consultation outside of those hours?
Yes. Call the office to schedule an appointment with one of our attorneys outside the normal business hours noted above.

How long does it normally take for a case to get to court?
This depends on your type of case and the court's case backlog. Consult one of our attorneys for more information.

How do I get to your office?
Our physical location is 1326 Leighton Avenue, Anniston, AL 36207. Driving north on Leighton, our building is on the left. You can see a photo of our building on this website. I am from out of state and I was recently stopped for a DUI or other violation on Interstate I-20 or other roadways while visiting the Talladega Super Speedway or other local destinations in east Alabama. Can your firm represent me?
Yes, we can represent persons from outside of Alabama with cases in jurisdictions within Alabama. Call or email to schedule a phone appointment for us to discuss your case.
